As the OFFICE MANAGER, you play an essential role in the customer’s overall experience. From the first contact with the customer to the last, it is your responsibility to demonstrate professional integrity through positive and polite communication and a demonstration of quality customer service. You are the face of the Joyful Jumps Team. 


Office manager is a work from home position!  You will be in charge of communicating with customers and booking reservations for them. You will be in charge of collaborating with all departments in the company to make sure every event is properly planned and delivery’s run smoothly.
