DELIVERY

With safety and cleanliness in mind, Joyful Jumps requires that all inflatable rentals be delivered and set up by our professional staff. We sanitize each inflatable and conduct operator training prior to turning over the inflatables.

WEATHER POLICY

Knowing that Oklahoma weather can change at any time, our weather policy is as follows:

When rain or snow is in the forecast we continually monitor the weather. We will maintain communication throughout the day to inform you if we will be able to deliver your equipment. If we are unable to deliver due to wind, rain, snow, or muddy conditions, we will allow you to reschedule to another date within three months of the original reservation date. Once the equipment is set up, we will not be able to offer a refund or reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS

Understanding that certain circumstances deem cancellation necessary, we ask that any cancellations be made at least 72 hours before your reservation date. In this case we will give a full refund of any payments made. Cancellations made after the 72 hour window may be rescheduled to another date within three months of the original reservation date.

SAFETY

We honor and value your trust in our service and equipment. We are dedicated to providing our customers with properly cleaned and sanitized rentals each and every time. After each use our units are thoroughly swept, deep cleaned using a strong cleansing agent, then sprayed down with sanitizer!
